He feebly wondered who Mori-san had named, in the end. Like it mattered, really.

He got up, and everybody turned to him. He pointed to himself.

Dazai sincerely regrets offering Sigma a place in the Agency.
You may ask why that is so. Is it because Sigma isn’t contributing enough? Is it because Sigma doesn’t get along with anyone? Is it because of Sigma’s history with the Decay of Angels?
No, no, and no. Dazai isn’t one to care about work ethic much, but Sigma obviously has no problems in that area. They also get along great with the Agency, especially Yosano and Atsushi. And all of them in the Agency have some sort of messy past, so that’s not an issue either.
The real problem is that Dazai cannot stand another second of this sickening pining before he actually collapses.

“That’s alright, Osamu.” They say, sitting by their side. They ask if Dazai is fine with hugging now and, when the other nods, Sigma wraps an arm around her so the detective can rest her body against Sigma’s, which rests against the headboard. “You can play with it if you wish, love. I am sure it feels lonely under the blankets. Don’t you think so?” Instead of replying, the other just hides her head on Sigma’s neck. “Hm… Osamu, dear, can I ask you something?”

“Then, can I ask if you are feeling a bit… Young?” They ask, unsure if they are crossing a line.
Dazai breath hitches, and Sigma feels her muscles tense before they start to gently caress her arm.

Sigma, Dazai, and Chuuya have escaped Meursault, and with the help of Dazai's ability the world is free of vampirism! Sigma accomplishes their dream of joining the Armed Detective Agency. Everything seems to finally be looking up in life...
Except the Agency is full of people somehow just as strange as the Decay of Angels, and being free of Fyodor does not mean a life without chaos. Sigma has no clue how he's going to make it with Dazai of all people as a roommate, but they'll figure it out. Maybe he's not so bad. Maybe.
At least the other Agency members seem to like Sigma well enough. She's grateful, really. (And a little concerned at how quickly they can overlook them being a terrorist, but they'll take what they can get.)
