For a while, the worker was quiet, deep in thought, and Edgar waited patiently. He’s quite enjoyed this conversation, despite not knowing their name, and he’d very much like the chance to befriend them. It’s not like he has a lot of friends, considering his reclusive nature, and inability to actually carry a conversation. Which was why he was surprised that he’d actually managed to do as such. Most of the time, whenever he talked to someone, the conversation would die off awkwardly, and then the person he was speaking to would just excuse themselves and leave.
So he was hopeful.

Summary
There was it again, the feeling of a thousand little bugs crawling up and down every inch of their body. Stomping, sticking onto their skin. Some frantically piercing and entering their veins, becoming one with the blood running inside their body, keeping it alive and moving.
Sigma was forced to stand still and feel every single thing touching them, or rather what it felt like to be touched by a thousand ghostly hands they could do nothing about.
The worst part of it all was Dazai's smile. His knowing smile, because he knew. He always knew.
For once Sigma wished he didn't.

Fyodor reaches out to smooth a hand over their leg appreciatively before snapping the band, watching it smack into their skin and listening to the irritated hiss it garners.

Sigma has never understood romance. Ever. Not when Nikolai would talk about Fyodor in a frankly concerning way, not in movies, not when Dazai talked about committing a lover's suicide with a beautiful woman, not even when Atsushi and Lucy would dance around each other, flirting in their own way.
They weren't proud of it, but they had grown to accept that part of their humanity was missing. As long as others didn't find out, they'd manage.
The thing is, Sigma has some really smart coworkers.
