You survived the plague though can you survive fatal attraction? Who knows. Based off 'The Stand' from Steven King and somewhat follows the story.

Unlike Clover, Chara was not given a second chance at life, and continues to watch over Frisk on the surface. While she enjoys Frisk’s company, Clover has always been at the forefront of her mind. Unknowingly to Clover, there is one way for Chara to return to the living realm. However, Chara has been hesitant to act on this.
After all, such an act would require a permanent marriage of souls.
