In an alternate universe where the excitable Lucy van Pelt is now a quiet, reserved piano player and the previously soft-spoken Schroeder Felton now spends his time on top of a grand piano, listening to Lucy play. AU Schroeder Felton discovers he relies on Lucy too much, but he can't seem to shake his feelings for her.
Lucy desperately tries to win Schroeder's friendship back after she invites him to a recital and doesn't get a response back. She never realized how much she depended on him, and as she grovels for his return, she gains new feelings for the blond boy who's always planted on her piano.
