During a field trip to a traveling historical exhibition, Momo, Okarun, and their classmates are attacked by a strange Yokai- in the sense that everyone can see her, and she emerged from a glowing green portal she tore open herself with a glowing katana.To make matters worse, when she tries to escape with a hostage, Momo and Okarun are dragged into the portal and find themselves in an alarmingly green void filled with floating purple doors and rocks. Now not only do they still need to find the Yokai, they also need to find a way back to Kamigoe City.
Maybe a certain white haired boy with ghost powers (sounds familiar) can help.
And speaking of- what’s going on with Okarun...?

Summary
Two weeks after discovering Vlad's secret ghost identity, Valerie is still struggling to find the nerve to enact her revenge. However, when Vlad unwittingly gives a now-disillusioned Valerie a new mission, she's determined to go behind his back and mess up his evil plans. Against her better judgement, she decides to team up with Danny Phantom, who's more eager to mess with Vlad's evil plans than even she is.
Their new mission leads them deep into the Ghost Zone. Aside from a lingering distrust between the two of them, things are going relatively well until Danny starts feeling tired, then queasy, and finally absolutely sick. With her ghost guide out of commission, Valerie will need to go far out of her ghost-fighting comfort zone to do what it takes to get them both back to Amity Park safely.
Hey, remember how Valerie is canonically a black belt? Well, this fic explores what that actually might mean for her character. i.e. The one where Valerie finally gets to fistfight some ghosts!

When Danny was captured by the GIW, he expected many things. He knew his nightmares well. Strapped to a dissection table, attempts to brainwash for control, attempts to clone him. (he was powerful, of course the military would want him as a weapon)
What he did not expect was that not only were those not happening (not that he knew of at least regarding the cloning thing), but rather he is instead put into escape rooms and expected to solve puzzles using his ghost powers.
