Summary
They’re only a couple inches off the ground, a thick wedge that hints Richie doesn’t frequent this type of footwear. The straps are thin and extend over the tops of his feet, his toes hanging a bit off the edge like they’re a size too small. They’re clearly not meant for someone like him. Still, they still do wonders for his calves and thighs. The combination of shorts that show skin and the flexing muscles working to keep him upright leaves Eddie stupidly breathless, standing in a crowd amongst cheering, sweaty people all focused on things other than the middle aged man in heels and a tank top.
Eddie can’t see anything else.

Richie rips his hand from Eddie's lax grip to press it against his own stomach. He looks up at him, eyes wide and hazy, "Eddie... am I pregnant?" he asks seriously.
The maybe-nurse snorts out a laugh, "You're on the good stuff, huh?"
"I murdered a clown and all I got was this stupid t-shirt and some drugs", Richie mumbles, more focused on the way his lips are buzzing than the actual words he's saying.
The seemingly-a-nurse laughs again, "I've had a guy convince himself he was Taylor Swift on morphine before, but clown murdering porn star is a new one".
