Selina is pregnant with Helena but she don't know that yet, but she will notice that she is more often tired than usual and she often gets sick in the morning and throw up.
She won't tell anyone about her morning sickness but of course Bruce notice, she said she is fine and its probably only something bad she ate. That is until one mission where both Bruce and Selina are fighting villains and Superman and other Justice League members fighting with them. Superman hear a baby's heartbeat inside a Selina because Kryptonians, including Superman, possess a highly developed sense of hearing that can pick up sounds far beyond the normal human range.He immidiately worries and want to tell Batman that Selina should go back to safety and stop fighting but its too late because one of the villains hits Selina and she loses consciousness for few seconds, as she start to wake up slowly again, only then Superman start yelling at Batman to get her out of here and accidentally say she is pregnant which suprise everyone, including both Selina and Bruce.

In which Damian's been feeling off all day and he can't figure out why. Like there were rocks in his stomach. A knife through his heart. And whispers in his ears. A jounrey of self reflection and a whole lot of guilt as Damian comes to terms with the lives he's taken. It hits him all at once as hes never really thought about his actions before. He never had a reason to, he was raised as an assasin, and assasins don't feel remorse. But here, in this family, bound by the golden 'no kill' rule he begings to grapple with the consequences for his choices. And with a little help from a certain 'crow' the guilt is amplified tenfol.
This is a longer fanfiction, 11000 words without the bonus chapter added onto it. I'm sorry if the pacing is strange, or if too much happens to quickly. I struggled a little to keep it consise yet detailed and eventful. But if long angsty stories are your thing, then you've stumbled across the right fic!

He held his champagne glass in his right hand so no one tried to shake it. He wore his patented friendly but professional smile. He talked to the right people, said the right things. Pretended to remember people, had the names memorized before he stepped foot in the venue. It was all going well.

It was Damian's first non-Wayne Gala. An event hosted by the Waynes was different than any other, part of which had to do with his children. At the Wayne estate things were relaxed. Rules were not stressed and due to that there is always less judgement from others. Wayne's events were simply better. And it was clear that it was all Damian had known.

Damian could fight off the League on his own if it came down to it, it’ll just raise his likelihood of survival— not survival, he won’t kill you and what he will do is worse— to have back up and Damian would prefer to stay out of the League’s grasp. Out of Grandfather’s grasp.
So when Drake inevitably says—
“Uh— sure?”
Every train of thought running in Damian’s head comes to a screeching halt. He goes perfectly still, unsure of how to proceed.
(Or Damian believes the League of Assassins is after him and seeks shelter with Tim, though neglects to explain why he's there. Tim is… Incredibly confused why Damian is choosing to stay with him of all people and is on the case to figure out what's going on with him.)
