Summary
When Avery is at her wit's end, she decides it's finally time to open the letter her grandfather left to her in his last moments. Inside, she finds the deed to grandpa's beloved farm in Stardew Valley. She decides to move away on a whim, hoping to leave her life in the city behind for good. But integrating into a new community brings many doubts with it. How will the townspeople react to having a stranger move in? Will she be accepted and finally find a place she belongs? Or will her past from the city catch up to her?
After getting off to a rough start with some of the townsfolk, Avery develops a soft spot for some of her neighbors, making fast friends and discovering some of the mysteries in Pelican Town.

Amelia moves to Freedom Fields Farm in search of a new live away from her corporate job at Joja, and returns to find the once prosperous farm in shambles. Dead set on returning it to what she had last seen it as, Amelia gets straight to work. However, an accident in the mines may hinder her ability to continue working on the farm if she doesn’t accept Harvey’s help in recovery..
