Everything had been peaceful ever since the squad had defeated Cyn and prevent her from destroying Copper-9, with her being connected at all times with Uzi by her tail.
Ending totally powerless and not being a real threat anymore, the only thing that Cyn could do was annoy the hell out of Uzi, with her constant requests for Uzi to put on more bows on her clothes, but nothing more than that
At least that’s what everyone thought…
But Cyn is not done with her evil schemes…
She’ll slowly gain more control on Uzi’s body…

In a universe where a great number of things changed and twisted behind the scenes, a fraction of the Worker Drones on Copper-9 are the size of thumb drives, appropriately nicknamed Mini-Drones, alongside their Worker Drone counterparts. Originally intended to make doubly sure things are built/mined properly and thoroughly (and because they’re cheap), their large numbers became easy prey for the much larger and colony-wiping Disassembly Drones when they landed.
That was, until Khan Doorman managed to save what was left of his people by hiding away in the walls of an old human bunker named Outpost-3, and locking the way out of the walls with doors not even the Disassembly Drones could bust open. It had been SO long, in fact, that the existence of “Murder Drones” were all but rumors and superstition to those inside…

So I binge watched all of Murder Drones in one sitting, and then had an idea of “what if this, but with half the cast as ‘borrowers’?”, and I eventually brainstormed this gem of a story up. It’s somewhat canon-compliant for the most part, but will have a healthy dose of hc’s, oc’s and new stuff.
