"... by Eva H.D." you say with a smile, adjusting your glasses. N had asked what the title of the poem was and who had wrote it. You're always happy to answer his questions.
"Wow! Well uh, that was really, really depressing!" he says with a smile (not that he ever really says anything without it), "I can't really imagine being that depressed to come home!"
"I think it's less about coming home" you say "and more about coming back to a home you don't recognize. Not because it changed, but because you had."
He still smiles but there's a slight falter to his grin. Like he recognized something you hadn't.
You stammer: "Or- or that's what how I read it, at least! Maybe it's more about finding the outside world much more interesting than home, or something."
He puts a hand on your shoulder. "I don't think I'd ever find you boring; no matter how I changed, or how interesting it is outside!"
He stammers and his eyes dart away, suddenly self-conscious. "Or- anyone... or anything else in the manor!"
You feel relieved, somehow. Like an invisible weight has been lifted off of you. You smile. "Me either."

Static blinded him, filling his audial and visual sensors. He gasped, pushing through the pain coursing through him to sit up, shaking his head to try and dismiss the static and error messages peeking through it. What was that voice? Puppy - was that him? Where was he?
The static in his sensors resolved itself to show him the ruined cityscape filled with snow and ash around him. Wind howled past his audials. Looking down at himself, he was also covered in it; he must have been sitting here a while.

Summary
A full year has gone on after Cyn and the Absolute Solver has been defeated. Life for everyone involved has been mostly alright. Nori and Khan being able to reconnect, as well as Nori and Uzi after all these years. Disassembly drones no longer posing as a threat and most importantly, Uzi and N living together happily as they can possibly be, despite the memories that haunt them still.
V however has more on her mind than she has ever had before, and she’s been spending a lot of time thinking about it. She has no idea if she’ll ever open up about it to the two lovebirds that are present in her life, because she’s too afraid. Would they even accept her in? After everything? At this point it is unknown.

Slowly growing list of diary entries from the drones (and Tessa) in our system. Not being posted in any particular order, just writing as we remember things. We're writing this all out in a narrative way as a method of processing each of our own individual traumas. Yes, these are genuine, personal memories we have that we're deeply affected by. It's complicated and hard to explain how it all works, but in short it's like we've just been transported to the present-day Earth from about a year after the events of the "show". Technically this is non-fiction since it's our actual memories and stuff, but don't think too much about that.
