Summary
Lu Guang had never gotten further in both a dive and away from his already slipping sanity. His mind felt as if it was tearing itself apart and there wasn’t a thing left to do but wait. 4 months.
4. That was the time he had to ‘fix’ everything. Of course Lu Guang knew it was imperative that he survive at least until September 13th, long enough to see the still beating heart of Cheng Xiaoshi at 5:01 PM…
However, a case accepted by him alone would drive an unclimbable wall between that goal and his own survival. Had he known it’d be a catalyst for not only his, but those who he loved, fall into hysteria, there’d be no such thing as an option…
But it did…and “taken’ it was.—takes place in the current timeline.

Summary
“When did you break your foot?”
Lu Guang stopped, eyes roving over the wall. “...It’s probably not broken.”
Cheng Xiaoshi stared up at him, waiting for him to continue. It didn’t seem like he would. “When did you hurt it?” He asked again, brushing his thumbs against Lu Guang’s waist.
He pursed his lips. “It’s been a while,” he said quietly, grabbing Cheng Xiaoshi’s wrist and pulling his hands away.
