Lu Guang had never gotten further in both a dive and away from his already slipping sanity. His mind felt as if it was tearing itself apart and there wasn’t a thing left to do but wait. 4 months.
4. That was the time he had to ‘fix’ everything. Of course Lu Guang knew it was imperative that he survive at least until September 13th, long enough to see the still beating heart of Cheng Xiaoshi at 5:01 PM…

It’s the same every goddamn time. Always the same. Every time.
He evaded the bullet shot at him, now knowing Cheng Xiaoshi was about to appear in front of him. He’d take the bullet for him, he’d fight Vein off just long enough to escape with Lu Guang into the darkroom, and he’d die in his arms all over again.
Always the same.
The gun pointed at his head, and he heard Xiaoshi clap from the other side of the room.
Fuck it. If he can take a shot for me, I can take a shot for him.
Due to Lu Guang's interference, Cheng Xiaoshi survives this time, however with a fairly permanent side-effect.
