Sonic and company attempt to stop him from using the Scepter of Darkness, but that fails, and the fat doctor gets a new ally for himself in the form of Mephiles the Dark. Now Sonic and Shadow and the others have to stop Eggman from creating the Sun god Solaris and making a new world for himself. Along the way, they’ll get help from an alternate reality hedgehog that has come to their world to stop this event from occurring.

Armed with only his psychokinetic abilities and a vague prophecy, Silver sets off on a journey to find whatever, or whoever is responsible for the end of the world.
