Through a myriad of life troubles, Taylor Swift didn't become the famous country singer she thought she'd be when she grew up.
Instead of traveling the world and performing on grand stages, she now bemoans that she's just a regular woman confined to Nashville, Tennessee - with a life riddled with sadness and crumbling hopes. Her unsupportive boyfriend treats her more like a child than an equal; her body struggles to function due to her illicit drug abuse; and her mind is often plagued with crippling nightmares from which she cannot seem to find escape.To try some gain some sense of peace, and to reclaim the childhood dream that she lost, Taylor tries to find happiness by singing in dive bar on weekend nights, and is able to make a tiny part-time career of it. But what happens when on one of those Friday nights, she meets someone special - someone as complicated and forlorn as she is - who reminds her that hope is like a garden of orchids.
