so in my absolute brainrot, on a discord server i randomly started making up a sequel to The Proposal as a romcom with reynolds and jackman (we all know their chemistry on screen is unmatched AND they both have been in pretty well-known romcoms so i just thought. damn i wish they'd done one together) with someone. it eventually got 4k words long, we're both sort of losing the hype we had at the beginning but i really enjoy it and want to keep going, so i thought why not put it out there and let someone else join in on the fun.
keep in mind that this is written in the style of a long-ass tumblr headcanon to keep my perfectionism in check but if/when i finish, i'd love to rewrite it as a script just for funsies (and practice).
it's gonna be chaotic, i'm probably gonna retcon some stuff, i'm not a traditionally published author, editor, divorced, parent, american or someone old enough to be in old man yaoi, but that still doesn't stop me from giving it a personal emotional core. hope you enjoy :)
