Ch2
Out from within the spilled ichor came a familiar face, yet eyes red as his. Rodger. Rodger had become a twisted.
"... Wuh- Ro-RODGER!?"
The fluffy toon didn't give the magnifying glass a second even to get his bearings before he was pulled into a hug.
"W-WHOAH-"
"ROODDGGERR! I-I MISSED YOU!!"
Rodger, freshly awoken from his purgatory, panicked as he had no idea what was going on, yet he felt the stretchy rubber-band-like arms around his torso, he felt calmer.
"... Goob?"
"YAYA-"
Goob got cut off by his own coughing as he hacked up a capsule with of ichor. Gross...
"Nghn, I hate that... B-BuT I-ITS ME!"

Shatter.Rodger's eyes open wide as he panics as he quickly wonders how he's still alive... Wait... Something felt wrong. Everything had a red tint to it as he looked around rabidly, yet unable to take a step forward. Looking down, he sees why...
"OH MY GOD!"
He hears a familiar voice scream as his gaze darts to Gigi, a shocked and scared expression on the chance taker's face.
"GUYS! DO NOT TOUCH THE FILMLESS CAPSULE!"
She screams as she attempts to run for it and Rodger feels his body lock up...

"Um, yeah, take a break there buddy""Ughgnmgmghmmm"
Rodger pats Goob on the head, feeling the soft fluffiness beneath his palm.
"... My legs feel like jelly..."
"My legs feel like nothing, because I don't have any."
Goob can't help but let out a tired laugh at Rodger's words as he rolls to his side so he can breathe. The fluffy crafts take a few good deep breaths of air as feels his heart rate slow.
"Never realized how soft you were."
"Hehe, yeaahhh, people don't really pet me sooo heh"
The detective hmms in response as he fliddles with Goob's cheek fluffs. It was quiet as the taller relaxed his body, legs regaining feeling, and feeling happy he was receiving physical affection after so long.
"I've always wondered why you weren't designed with ears."
"Huh?"
"Your sister's a cat- or at least, based on a cat"
"Yeaaahh?"
"And you look inspired by a dog, so why no floppy ears and stuff?"
Goob thought about it for a second, he always remembered when the kids would draw him, he'd have a tail at times or red and blue ears to match his arms.
"Dunnooo."
"I think it'd suit you."
"Probbabblly! :3"
Rodger chuckles quietly as he stops petting Goob as he feels the latter slowly stand up.

Goob laughs."You're not used to the fact Twisteds are normal yet?"
"I've only been like this for a week, what do you think?"
"Faaaiir."

Gigi cries out as they hear the distant cling of a machine being finished, legs starting to burn. She wanted this to end, he wanted this to end, and they all wanted this to end already. In a stroke of luck, Goob watches as Gigi takes a chance and pulls something out of her head and, holy crap, a box of chocolates."YES!"
YES!
Gigi quite literally scarfs down the entire thing as she feels energy surge through her and off she goes, speeding away from him. Goob takes a sigh of relief as he feels his body slow down before relaxing. He's a little glad she didn't notice Rodger on his back or she would've been petrified.
He just hopes this doesn't become a trend.
