Extract from: Rules for Vampires living amongst Humans, RVLH
It's not clearly stated when the first vampire, the so called Primus, appeared. However, one thing historians can confirm, is that it happened between 30–33 A.D. Since then, more and more sightings have been reported. During the witch hunts between 1324 and 1782, many vampires were caught and killed.
To ensure everyone can live their lives as peacefully as possible, the following set of rules applies.
Breach of these rules will be prosecuted.
The Institute for Humans and Vampires Living Amongst Each Other,
IHVLEOr: Viktor has Polycythaemia vera/PV and too much blood. That's all I'm saying.
Please note: It was meant as a oneshot. And then it had three chapters. And now it... escalated. Like a lot.
