“Call it… entertainment. You’re not gonna disappoint me, Blóðhundur. I’ve already seen that monster in you. I just need it to come out and play.”
Bloodhound has an itch to scratch. One that has been crawling along their skin since the shameful death of Boone. They've overlooked it. Taken care of it in small ways. Even gone so far as to completely deny it.
But now, Revenant has seen it... and he won't let them go until it's scratched.

Summary
The distant music grows louder for a brief moment when a door slides open and closed, followed by the echo of boots crossing the space between crates and cargo. And even through the pitch black, Revenant knows who it is, for who else would be foolish enough to seek him out so blatantly.
“Why have you come here, hunter?” he asks into the void, aware of the other’s nearby presence only from their steps.
“Can you see through the myrkur, vel?” Hound’s voice comes from somewhere to his left.
“I cannot.”
There’s a certain hum, perhaps a bit amused at the fact that this perfect killing machine doesn’t have night vision, and while Bloodhound isn’t exactly in possession of any such power themself, their infrared ability is a rather convenient thing in moments like these- there’s no doubt in Revenant’s mind that he’s being watched like prey.Series

“The Gods have decided, velafolk.”
Cautiously he turns, awaiting yet another end, but there’s a gnawing feeling in the back of his head telling him that it won’t come here.
For standing above him is Bloodhound, looking much worse for wear; a hand clinging to a red stain by their side, the other holding a wingman trained on the space now between Revenant’s eyes.
“Hello, skinbag,” he drawls out, gaze travelling from the muzzle of the revolver to the glass of Hound’s goggles. “You’ve seen better days.”Series

Faces carved with eyes of turquoise, staring at everything and nothing. Ornate, like photos of cathedrals from the before times, like relics from planets light-years away. He is history in motion.
With the way Revenant parades through their front door, they think he knows it too.

Doors glow red if occupants are not accepting new partners. Green if they are. A vast array of colors further indicate preferences for gender, species, and specific sex acts.
Revenant’s door is coded with none of these colors, because it is open.

She strokes the blunt scarring of their chest, the soft caverns of their hips. She barely touches them, and yet they whine in starved frenetic quavers. They whine as if she is inside them.
He has never seen them so undone. Never with him.

Summary
There is something in shutting down, succumbing to programming; something in following the imperative hard-coded into his body. He feels less like he is thrashing against the tide. Instead, he floats, on red-crested waves, sight and smell and taste all unified by the need for more.
After an hour, he begs for blood.
After three, he begs for them.

They tsk at him, gripping his central wiring with their nails digging into the fiber. “You will have to clean this up.” They hate the way it coagulates in the wood.
“A_nny_//TH//in_g...” He would do everything.
He has no altar to call his own but their body in his hands. He is their sacrifice.
