    After Peter's precarious position goes from bad to worse time and time again, he is left all alone with nothing but his anger and resentment at the world to keep him company. He wonders how much more he can take and whether the growing grudge between him and the Avengers will be enough to finish him off for good. Will he be able to complete his mission in time? Does he even want to anymore?

    Of course. He is Spider-Man and he has a job to do. And he'll do it even if it kills him. For everyone else's sake.

    Now, this was great for Peter Parker. More than great! It meant that Peter would have something to put on his college applications, and potentially a letter of recommendation, and it meant he would have an actual challenge for once in his life.

    This development, however, was not great for Spider-man. Spider-man was being hunted down by the Avengers, which Mr. Stark happened to be a part of. And Peter Parker happened to be Spider-man.

    OR: Peter Parker is interning (WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO NOTICE THAT TYPO) at Stark industries. The spider that bit Peter had a few more effects than it does in canon, including but not limited to: fangs, way worse instincts, and an annoyingly sentient spidey sense

    Peter Parker is in university, last year of his double major, in fact. For years, he's avoided any reminder of old Peter Parker, managing fine until the famous senior tech workshop where you go to the top 5 leading technology companies to be what they call 'a workshop intern.' for a week. Which means he's going right into the lion's den- Stark Industries.
    No one remembers him, he's sure but FRIDAY starts glitching around him anyway and
    now Tony Stark is involved, trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with his building. He's intrigued and when he's intrigued there's nothing that can stop him.

    TL;DR: FRIDAY doesn't fully forget all the coding Tony put into her for Peter Parker before the forgetting. As the saying goes, you can never truly delete anything from the internet. Or, in this case, the smartest AI. Peter goes on to SI. Tony wants to know what's going on.

    It had been quiet at first. Manageable. Non-existent with the mask on.

    Spider-Man could go through his day like normal, Peter Parker would just have to wear the mask at home. It was fine. It was nothing, sometimes he had bad days and his senses flared a little. It was no big deal.
