“What do you think they’re plotting?” Touya asked, nudging Keigo with his foot.
“I’m sure it has something to do with stealing something from the sky,” Keigo said with a chuckle. Last week, Hotaru had waddled over to them and told them that he wanted to take the power of the sun. Well, he had actually just said ‘sun’ and ‘power’. It took them a short time to put the pieces together.
“I’d uproot all the stars for them,” Touya said, kissing his hair. “Don’t you dare say ‘I’d drench the world in blood’.”
Keigo, his wings fluttering, snuggled closer to his husband. “I’ll do anything for you all, my love. Whatever it takes, without a second thought.”

Maybe in another life he would have gone on with his plan to take down his father. Maybe if the sun hadn’t decided to give him a piece of itself in the form of his husband. Maybe if Keigo hadn’t looked at him and saw whatever it was that he saw in him. Maybe then he wouldn’t be looking down at a happy, chirping, winged baby with half of his DNA. He would have become a villain.
But instead, when he looked up, he’s met with eleven blue, gold, or even a few gray eyes. He still hasn’t a clue how Keigo managed to have so many dam triplets, but he wouldn’t trade them for anything. Even if they are little shits.
