The more Verin dug into it, the more convinced he became. Essek had spent an inordinate amount of time with the Mighty Nein when they came to Rosohna. Done all sorts of strange favors for them. Ferried them all over Wildemount. Arranged visits with prisoners in the Dungeon of Penance. Let them dig up his yard. Descended into Aeor with them, unaccompanied. Accepted invitations to dinner. Let one of them hug him. In public. More than once.
Mind control. It had to be.
Verin gets it into his head that Essek has been kidnapped by the Mighty Nein (specifically Caleb), and sets out on a solo rescue mission to Rexxentrum.
Hijinks ensue.

Summary
The mighty nein, a group of outlaws that have capitalized for the past years off of recent American expansion into the west, have found their newest target. A wealthy caravan of Kryn nobles from Denmark that are coming through their territory. Among them, the Shadowhand Essek Thelyss.
Upon being captured by the outlaws, Essek comes to realize that they have come into possession of a beacon, a powerful artifact that Essek has come to collect and bring back to his homeland. Unfortunately, he also grows an affection for the eclectic band of criminals.TLDR; shadowgast but make it cowboys AKA im in my cowboy era don't come for me.

Enola is what her mother named her. Holmes is the only thing that she shares with her father and older brothers. For 15 long years, it was only just her and her mother. But that had changed when her mother had disappeared on her 16th birthday and from there the brothers that she barely remembered herself came to her aid but were left quite disappointed after finding out how absolutely eager her brother. Mycroft specifically is to send her to a finishing school for her supposed safety, whatever that means. While they alone search for their missing mother.
And Sherlock. With much disappointment, didn’t say a thing on Enola’s behalf.
And with much eagerness to get out of the horrible chance of going to a finishing school and to find her dear mother, she hopped out of bed, and ran at first sight of the sun for the first train. There she met an interesting Viscount though much to wildest dreams, she gets caught up in muder mystery.What fun! Said none of the Holmes siblings ever.

"How'd you know?" He questioned, resigned.
Keith tipped his head back and stared at him, incredulous. As if Shiro had offended him by even asking.
"I've known you since we were kids. We grew up together. We lived together." He squinted up at him. "You think I wouldn't recognise you even in that geeky outfit? God, one look at those posters and I knew it was you."
Shiro closed his eyes in despair, even though he should have known Keith of all people would figure it out.
When Shiro received his draft notice, he felt like his world was crumbling. Forced to leave behind his best friend and join the army, his life was irreversibly changed when he underwent an experimental procedure to create the perfect soldier.
Now, as Captain America, he found himself neck-deep in a war orchestrated by a shadow organisation known only as GALRA. With Keith at his side, and backed by a squad of unique individuals, Shiro was determined to put a stop the deadly operation and make them pay for what they did to him.
He was prepared to do whatever it took, to lose whatever he had to, to make that happen. Or he thought he was.
