When Tim comes knocking around trying to get Batman to take another Robin or for Nightwing to return to the role they can’t help but notice that any pups the omega would carry for them would be bound to look a good deal like Jason.
Grieving as they are neither Bruce nor Dick are in the correct headspace to pass over the opportunity.

Summary
It’s not overly unusual for Batman to find his Robins masturbating in the batcave showers after patrol. It’s understandable, even. The age of peak hormones combined with the adrenaline high of crime fighting and death defying grappling from building to building means there’s a lot of pent up energy that needs to be worked out somehow. A quick jerk off under warm water is the quickest, most effective and most satisfying method.
But Tim’s reaction to getting caught is very different than Bruce’s older sons.
And Bruce’s reaction to catching Tim is very different than how he dealt with them.

Summary
Two facts apply to Obi-Wan’s current situation:
1 - There is a monster under his bed. He has known this since he was a child but so long as he keeps the covers pulled up and does not move from the bed when the room is dark it cannot get him.
2 - He is in an unexpected heat. He has no toys or anything to help him get through it and keeping the covers pulled up as he needs to is torture. At this point he would do anything to get relief.
The longer the heat lasts the more using fact 1 to fix fact 2 starts to sound like a good idea.

On Tatooine a body was considered an object like any other. It could be used for anything from trade to favors to a simple thank you between friends. And, like all things owned by those with a master, it was the master’s prerogative on how that object was used.
When Anakin notices his good friend - the man who had done so much for him, was so welcoming when he first arrived, to this day was helping to shield his relationship with Padmé from prying eyes - gazes a little too long at his padawan he thinks nothing of offering to send Obi-Wan to entertain the chancellor.
He is Obi-Wan’s master and it’s just what one does to thank a friend.
