"You look like shit."
The scratching of Ningguang's pen stops. "Eloquently put," she sighs, looking up at her unsolicited guest, "Beidou. What brings you here? If you're waiting for me to guess, then I'm afraid you'll be waiting for quite some time—"
"The Jade Chamber," Beidou interrupts bluntly. "'S gone."
"An astute observation," Ningguang replies with gritted teeth, doing everything in her power to not just kick Beidou out. "What other world-altering observations will you inform me of on this fine day?"
