Summary
Following the great success that was the first Danganronpa stage play, the 77th class decided to create a sequel. The 78th class was in their first year when they created the first play, so the sequel was to run during the 78th class’ second year and the 77th class’ third year. Halfway through writing the sequel, the 79th class (the new first year class) decided to make a production that was to be the third installment in the trilogy. The sequel was to run earlier in the school year, and the third installment was to run later in the school year.
