Summary
(The title is a pun)
"The spirits are displeased with your relationship. They will try and offer you a solution, but we do not know whether that means you will have extra luck or whether luck will not be on your side today."
You stare at the TV screen. What in Yoba’s name did that mean? Besides, you were pleased with your relationship, so what did the spirits have to moan about anyway?! Everything was just perfect with your relationship actually, nothing at all to complain about. Ever. All good. Perfect actually.(You ignore the warning and go mining, but something isnt right....)

Summary
Dream loved him. Dream loved him? Dream loved him. Dream loved him.
It was too much. Sure, he had assumed that the Endless cared for him, even enjoyed his company, enjoyed him. They had shared kisses and had slept together on several occasions, but Hob had never dared to hope for Love. The confession filled him with warmth, an all-encompassing warmth that felt like, well… dreaming.
And yet…
And yet, he couldn’t say it back. Not that it wouldn’t be the truth, not that it hadn’t been his truth for the last couple of hundred eternities. Not that he did not want to say it back.
But fear was an unyielding ocean, and it is difficult to form words when all you can taste is salt water. At the back of Hob’s mind was fear. Fear of calling his Stranger a friend, fear of overstepping, fear of losing that which the immortal loved as much as he loved life.
No, it wasn’t that he did not love Dream. It was that he loved him too much.----
Or: Dream helps Hob feel comfortable with saying "I love you" back <3

Summary
“A lot happens in a hundred years...”
Hob’s words were nearly lost within the hustle and bustle of the busy pub, yet their implication hung heavy in the air. It had been over a hundred years since he had last met his Stranger Dream. His friend had, by no fault of his own, missed their appointment in 1989, and whilst the immortal wouldn’t dare imply any more that the Lord of Dreams was lonely, the same did not apply to himself. He loved life, even after more than 600 years, but he craved the comfort of consistency the other offered… and perhaps more. He could not deny enjoying their meetings. The mystery of his Stranger was exciting, but the stars in his eyes, the way he tried to hide his smiles, and the way he teased the human for his humours was what made Hob count down the years until their next meeting.
“A month, then?”
A month. A month! The immortal had always been an optimist, allowing his hopes to fly free, and yet he hadn’t dared to wish for a month. 80 years, maybe even 50 years, but a month?
“That would be nice!”, Hob gleamed at his Dream.Or a post-canon (I havent read the comics) dream of how Hob and Morpheus get together.

Summary
"Excuses," Hob says one day, pointing a pen at Dream just a little bit accusingly. "I'm making a list, and we're going to figure out what you like whether you like it or not."
The absurdity of the sentence doesn't seem to resonate as he scrawls "Dream of the Endless, Likes and Dislikes" in careful cursive across the top of a page.

Summary
When he turned back, she was unbuttoning her blouse. She wore no undershirt, just a plain black bra. Typically, she wore T-shirts and rolled up the sleeve. That day, she had to undress...
(Harvey was a professional. The human body was his bread and butter; there was a mundanity to nudity when you dealt in anatomy. In his life, both in his practice and out in the wild, he’d seen many shoulders. Many stretches of soft skin. Many black bras. But there in that office, that cold, humming room, her eyes soft on his face, it felt like the very first time.)

Not long after near-death in the mines and that night in the clinic, the Farmer all but disappears from the face of Pelican Town. Then, she misses the last appointment for her rabies vaccination.
The Doctor will not stand for this.(a sequel to not tame, but tender.)

Summary
“You want to know what I was really thinking about?” Harvey rasps, the tips of his fingers skating against your waist, slipping down to tease against the elastic band.
“I was thinking-,” A finger slipping beneath the band, testing the elastic. Inching it away from your skin, but not making to remove them, “A girl like you should be taken care of.”
His voice drops, “And that I wanted to be the one to do it.”
(Or - Harvey overhears about your past lackluster experiences, and can’t help wanting to lend a hand)
