Summary
Tim Drake knows that crying yields no data. He learned that at six years old in an empty house, illuminated only by the blue light of a computer screen.
Now, he’s an exhausted student by day and a digital poltergeist by night. He doesn't just "watch" the Wayne family, he optimizes them. He hacks their coffee machines, stabilizes their tactical HUDs, and leaves anonymous medical alerts on the Bat-computer when Bruce’s cortisol levels spike. It’s not stalking if it’s protective, right?

"The Justice League, Hal Jordan and Oliver Queen in particular, love to say that Bruce is too serious.
They say he needs to lighten up. They say he is too anal about things. They say he is too strict. They say a whole lot of things.
But Hal Jordan and Oliver Queen do not have to deal with things like this.
“Bruce, I’m telling you,” Tim says, frantically, “this is in no way my fault. If I had to blame anyone, it would be Dick anyway!”
“Me?” Dick cries, scandalized that his brother would throw him under the bus like this, and almost lets the ice pack slip from his black eye, “why is it my fault?”
“I don’t know,” Jason drawls, sounding utterly bored by the whole situation, “I think I agree with Replacement on this.” "
or, alternatively, Bruce confiscates Jason's rocket launcher and sets off a chain reaction, Dick somehow gets dragged into Jason's mess, Tim wishes his brothers weren't maniacs, and maybe it's really a matter of points of view.

you know what? tim's not at all affected by being rejected by his bio-dad bruce wayne, you know why? because he's young, rich, hot, totally well-adjusted, popular, not at all a mess and honestly? that's all that matters!he's not petty enough to let his daddy issues descend into cold calculated revenge because he doesn't need bruce or batman or whatever he's calling himself these days. he doesn't need him. really. because he's perfect just the way he is. he doesn't want his attention or love either. duh.
and if, let's say, he ever tried to enact said revenge plan (as a joke, obviously. he would NEVER--) he's not worried (because that would be crazy) because his mom would never let him get thrown into arkham! which, at the end of the day; that's all that matters over standard parental affection. promise.
