Summary
"I thought about asking you out, back when you dyed your hair." Soobin lifts his head, startled. Yeonjun is smiling, small, almost shy. He raises a hand to push some of Soobin's fringe off his eyes.
"The blond hair really did it for you, didn't it?" Soobin jokes, trying to sound nonchalant.
He's not. He had blond hair in their second year. That was two years ago.
Yeonjun giggles. "It was a very good look. And with the glasses? Delectably nerdy." Soobin rolls his eyes and nuzzles back onto Yeonjun's chest. He's taller than the other, so he needs to bend his knees to keep his feet inside the bed, but he doesn't really care about that.
"Why didn't you?" Soobin asks after a while. "I would have said yes."
OR, on the night of graduation, Soobin and Yeonjun come to terms with all the time they lost.

Summary
Sometimes, Jeongguk gets so lonely he doesn't even feel alone anymore. He's practicing, and he's very good at it. Loneliness. Being alone. It's blustery cold, and the leaves are falling from the branches of trembling trees, and Jeongguk is alone in a big city, shivering without a jacket, trying desperately to keep himself warm.
There is no one, and then there is someone. Two someones. The lovely winter boys from Daegu, Taehyung and Yoongi, opposites and equals, so loving and in love.
It would be ridiculous, really, if Jeongguk didn't fall for them, too.

Summary
"Would you change it?" Namjoon asks. "Go somewhere, start again as someone else, have a totally different life."
Jungkook sighs. "I have thought of it, sometimes.
They're very close to each other now, the box of cake long empty and forgotten. Jungkook sighs out, and Namjoon feels the warm breath on his lips. He could lean in, close, closer, until there is no distance between them and he feels warm.
He hasn't felt warm in a while, not really, but for some reason, he knows he would in Jungkook's arms.
Namjoon stays still, it is Jungkook who leans in slow, slower. His lips touch Namjoons in a featherlight caress, barely a butterfly batting its wings.
Namjoon closes his eyes, but Jungkook is not there anymore.
OR when journalist Namjoon's car gets stuck in a storm when travelling to the small town in rural Korea, he's rescued by a kind farmer. Jungkook is married and has two daughters, but the finds solace from his monotonous life in rootless, nomadic Namjoon.

Summary
The moment Jimin's eyes meet Taehyung's, the world comes to a sudden stop, and Taehyung feels his breath catch in his throat.
It's been a long time since they last saw each other. Graduation day, six years ago. Back then, Jimin still had dark hair and his cheeks retained some of the fat from childhood. Now, Jimin's hair is dyed blonde, and his jaw is as angular and defined as the rest of his body.
One thing that hasn't changed, though, is his attitude. After the initial moment of surprise at seeing his old rival, his eyebrows furrow and his lips purse. He takes a step back, crosses his arms over his chest. He looks defensive.
Taehyung is not surprised, but he does wish things were easier.
There is a long moment of eye contact, and then Namjoon announces.
"Everyone, meet the new choreographer for this season: Kim Taehyung!"
OR, ballet school rivals vmin meet again when Taehyung is appointed choreographer after a bad injury, and needs to work with principal dancer Jimin, helping him reach his full potential in the role that ended Taehyung's career.

Seokjin's head whips back to where the sound came from, and he looks into the forest behind him. There's nothing there, but his heart is beating fast inside his chest, so he speaks. "Hello? Is anyone there?"
For a moment, it's all silent, but then, there is a small groan coming from among bushes.
"Ooof."
OR, Seokjin forgets to buy tickets in advance for his yearly fishing trip and goes to a new location, where he meets Kim Taehying, wildlife photographer, and Jeon Jungkook, architecture student and wildlife lover.- Language:

"Thinking of the state they had found the boy in, he figured it went one of two ways. Either the kid had gotten lost, separated from his family or friends. “Are you looking for anybody?”
Jungkook shook his head.
Or, he ran away. “Is anyone looking for you?”
This time Jungkook hesitated. But then he shook his head. “Don’t think so.” A long pause. Then, more quietly, “I hope not.” "

Summary
“Was that Min Yoongi? In the angel costume, I just saw him being dragged out of the lift by his mother” Namjoon says.
Taehyung tastes bile in the back of his throat, pushes past his brothers and runs away, by the band still playing in their stand, past the bar and past the staircase, through a small door and into a square garden. There, where he can finally breathe fresh air and close his eyes, he rests his back against the wall.
He lifts a hand to his lips, remembering how the angel’s lips felt on his. Heavenly. Sweet.
Delightful.
OR a taegi Romeo and Juliet fic where they are the only sons of rival gangs, heavily inspired by the 1996 movie version by Baz Luhrman.
