Summary

Having escaped the 13th Clone Battalion and the destruction of their star destroyer, the Albedo Brave, he finds himself in a damaged escape pod falling onto the outer rim planet Dathomir. The young Nightsister Merrin, the last daughter of Dathomir, tasked with the burial of countless of her fallen sisters after the Massacre of the Nightsisters. Both teens find themselves alone, on one of the darkest planets in the whole Galaxy.
If Cal Kestis had fallen onto the planet Dathomir, rather than the planet Bracca, during his escape from the Jedi purge.

I am a military veteran suffering from PTSD. I wrote this as my own therapy and to put my experiences of PTSD onto paper. I gave all of the characters some elements of my own symptoms. All of the situations are 95% exactly how they occurred in real life, slight changes were made for privacy/creative license (I obviously don't use magic). Basically if you replace the Wizarding War with Afghanistan and Iraq and smoosh all of the characters into one person, you get my life.
Hopefully you can learn about PTSD from this.If you suffer from PTSD or any mental health problem:
