Com a maior lentidão que pôde, Minho transpassou o corredor da entrada. Caminhou devagar em direção à sala, tentando adiar ao máximo o inevitável fim de seu casamento. Se já não tivesse derramado tantas lágrimas pensando nesse exato momento, certamente choraria ao encontrar Seungmin sentado inerte no sofá, com duas malas pretas à sua esquerda.
— Está me deixando? – A pergunta saiu de seus lábios antes que ele pudesse segurá-la.
Após longos e cansativos meses, o dia que Minho mais temia finalmente chega. O peso das palavras não ditas e do amor que ainda sente pelo marido o sufocam e, naquele fim de tarde, tudo que lhe resta é assistir enquanto Seungmin decide o deixar.

They had made it out. It certainly didn’t feel that way. Jisung’s whole body was still shaking, feeling as if it was tearing itself apart at the seams, and Felix was trying his best to try and make himself as small as possible. Jisung instinctively moved in front of Felix, to block him from view, even as his body trembled in fear.
Nothing felt safe anymore. Not after that.

Here, in the soft glow of the morning light, as he sits outside on the porch, knees tucked up drinking his coffee, he feels as though he’s in the presence of an angel. His eyes soften as he takes in the beauty that’s mere feet in front of him.
Tucked safely in the warm, crisp white bedding lays his husband. His delicate and ethereal lover, breathing gently in his slumber, no signs of stress evident on his face as he lays perfectly as if he were a painting. And in some fashion, that’s how Chan views him, as a painting of pure perfection, with cheeks spotted like the night sky overflowing with countless stars.

Just a really sweet morning on their honeymoon, wrapped up together in the most intimate way.

“Is Hyunjinie okay?" Minho repeats. He raises his eyebrows even if no one could see, swipes away another notification when it’s not from someone he prefers it to be. "Why would you ask me that? How would I know?"
There's silence from the other side, clicking keyboards as filler noises. “Why wouldn’t you? He’s been talking to you a lot.. right?”
Minho couldn't exactly find it in himself to deny, and when he sees the notification again, a vibration accompanied with the caller ID that has been filling in their absence in his recent call log, he knows Chan knows the answer anyways.
— or five (5) times Minho answers Hyunjin's calls, and one (1) time he doesn't, unfortunately.
