Summary
After a satisfying showdown, Pandora's Vault now houses the server's greatest enemy within its black walls, under the purview of the prison's appointed Warden to ensure the threat is contained. The server's days of strife have come to a decisive end, victory snatched through banding together against Dream's evils. Things will finally be able to turn peaceful again, no longer haunted by an unwanted shadow looming over them all.
Punz waits a lonely vigil outside the foreboding black blight on the landscape. His thoughts wander over the day's events and a little more besides, left to brood on his own as the server celebrates. Alone. At least, until he isn't.
Ch 2 || bees (and other love languages)
As his erstwhile partner has so solemnly bidden him to, Punz buries his impatience and obediently does his utmost best to ensure he takes his sweet time meandering home.
To his house, at least.
These days, his house is no longer what he considers his true home but a mere shell he calls home for the sake of prying ears and eyes. His house is missing the Dream that would make it home.

Summary
George has managed to achieve the impossible: with a king’s conviction and a tender heart, he brought Dream home and then, the morning after, convinced Dream to stay.
In the days that follow, as he can begin to believe in the permanence of his rewritten future, he basks in Dream’s presence and lazes in a warm, content bubble where the world is narrowed down to the intimacy of trust given and returned.
Even while he greedily hoards Dream’s love, he cannot forget that there is a world outside, too. One which would try to take Dream from him again. And it will come calling sooner than he wants.
But George does not need a crown or a throne to be a king. In pursuit of keeping Dream at his side, he is willing to do whatever he must and remind the server that he is the true threat.

Summary
Dream is slain by Warden's Willbreaker (
on purpose, on accident?) during one of Quackity's early torture sessions. A canon death, a final curtain.This should be the end for him—it's his last life, after all, and at most he'd come back as a ghost but that's not guaranteed and he's certainly not that lucky—and yet, and yet...
And yet he's alive. Somehow, someway, he's alive. Not in limbo, not respawned in Pandora's Vault, not anywhere he recognizes. He's alive and now he has to figure out what happened, why, and where he goes from here with his unexpected second chance.
Ch 11 || his hopeful future, slowly crafted
I want windows I can open, Dream decides, abrupt but resolute.
Surprised by his own candor, he squints an eye and rolls the idea over in his mind despite the knee jerk reaction to bury it beneath an avalanche of refusals. Something melancholy, something curiously hopeful twines its way into the yawning chasm in his chest near his heart.

Summary
A normal day's clock-out routine at scenic Pandora's Vault (mind the bloodstains!) gets interrupted by creeping red vines that besiege and consume the building, causing enough mayhem that the very fabric of the server destabilizes.
Unfortunately for the current residents, this happens to send them through the void to crash into another server altogether. And more unfortunately for the current residents who are now looking to get home, this new server has a rather dark history. Getting out in one piece and returning home may, horror of horrors, require buckling down and learning to work together.
Aka the self-indulgent prison trio road trip au no one wanted but me!
Ch 2 || sam i
“…Owe you?” Dream repeats, the words soft, well-honed knives cleaving through the tense atmosphere with nary a whisper, a thread of dangerdangerdanger coiling its way around Sam’s ribs and hooking there, a strangling weight like an anvil incrementally pressing against his heart.
Quiet, the anvil whispers. Tread carefully.
Sam obeys the warning.

Summary
The server and its illustrious prison warden may believe that Dream has been well and truly defeated, locked away in a sweltering obsidian cage and left to serve a sentence that may as well be eternal. As it stands, he only isn't dead because he'd waved the revive book in their face before his third life could be stolen as swiftly as his first, and his second (and almost three times back-to-back as people he once called friends stood by in silence and watched).
Bitter he may be, Dream has an ace up his sleeve and all the more reason to use it once he's left alone in his scenic new home.
How very interesting that the revive book held more secrets within its pages. Secrets that guarantee him freedom from Pandora's Vault right under Sam's too-serious nose. It's such a shame no one but Punz and Ranboo will know what he's done until it's time for the curtain to rise.

Summary
In the midst of his dreaming, George's idyllic contentment shakes apart around him and he has no idea why, save a truth he desperately doesn't want to hear and doesn't know how to handle.
But the truth is cruel and cares not that George's world has shattered to pieces at his feet yet again. He's left alone but for a burning anger as he—more awake than he's been in a long, long time—decides that, rather than lose himself in dreams, he would rather take a page out of Dream's book.
With a god happy to help and tools made for war, all he can do to channel his grief is to viciously demand retribution.

Summary
It screams and you laugh and you laugh and you laugh.
It screams and cries and you drag it to the floor where it belongs.
It screams and cries and begs and you coo at its misery.
It is a pathetic thing, this monster. What it has yet to learn is that no one will come if it calls regardless of its pitiful wailing. There is no savior in the wings, only wardens. No matter how it screams and begs and cries it is alone here with no one to be fooled by its fake pleas. Its tears will invoke no reprieve. No matter how it tries to play at its human lie you know better than to think it anything but a monster.
And what does a monster deserve? To suffer. Then, to die.

Summary
George's quest to wring an explanation out of Dream over his dethronement has gotten him this far, with this far being the miraculous, surprising concession Dream made to come home.
With one hurdle jumped, countless others still remain. Including the dreaded reaction of the server to finding out they aren't as broken up as they'd appeared at the time. That's an issue for another day's George, though. Right now, he can set that can of worms aside to focus on how to not just get Dream home but how to get Dream to stay.
Because he certainly hadn't expected to manage the first and what victory he's won will ring hollow if he doesn't manage the second.

Summary
George has been publicly dethroned and dismissed by who he thought was his best friend. He wants nothing more than to lick his wounded pride in peace and leave Dream to reap the consequences. It would serve Dream right.
But...more than soothing his own pride and being the pettiest possible version of himself and stopping there, George wants better answers than the bullshit Dream gave him. Dream owes him those answers and George intends to collect before he makes a decision he can't take back.
