Summary
Part 2 of Finding Love
Izuku was what one might consider a happy person. This conclusion mainly came from what people perceived of the man he had married, the love of his life. The omega no longer suffered from hunger, pain, or shame, for he was treasured like the most precious gem in the world.Izuku himself considered himself blessed and lived a grateful life as the mate of the leader-to-be, Bakugou Katsuki. As the future queen, he had been learning as much as he could to achieve the expectations laid upon him, more so since he had lacked education most of his life.
He felt grateful for the life he carried, and he loved his husband more than such life itself, but there was one thing nowadays that left him awake most nights, submerged in worries that he didn’t know how to soothe.

“This yours?” the voice asked, making the boy jump in place and lock viridian eyes with carmine ones. A callous hand took one of his own and deposited something cold and small, and there, before Izuku’s eyes, was his tiny treasure, brought back when he thought he had lost it for good.
Incapable of suppressing them, fresh tears cascaded from his tired eyes, followed by relieved sobs that he tried to make as noiseless as possible. In the middle of such an emotional outburst, he forgot of the other man in the room, so the slave was startled when a pair of warm hands took his cheeks among them, making him move his head until he was looking upwards, right into a pair of panicked eyes.
“Okay?” asked the same brusque voice from before, whose owner looked in the middle of a debate between feeling anxious and getting irritated.
Izuku, for the first time in a long while, let himself give a tiny laugh, his shy smile widening when calloused fingers caressed his face to clean his tears.In other words: Izuku is a slave without hope, and Katsuki is the one who will show him what it means to be loved (A/B/O version)

Summary
He supposes he can be too loud. Annoying. Occasionally unhinged. He’s never cared too much about these things before, but Megumi’s rejection is a particularly brutal beast, and Satoru is unfairly irritated, because beasts have always bowed down to him. This should be no exception. But it is, and his desperate attempts to change Megumi’s mind only serve to make things worse.
(A new set of crayons in a rainbow of sixty-four? Untouched. A nightlight in the shape of a spaceship, to keep the dark at bay? Unplugged. Ginger and yuzu soda? Gone flat. He’s had to start using Suguru as a middleman just to get him to accept the offerings - the Shinto priest at the Megumi shrine.)
But not even Suguru can convince Megumi to unpack his rucksack. It stays hidden at the bottom of the wardrobe, black, zip broken. Ready for running.

Satoru couldn’t believe his life had come to this.
He was born into a wealthy family, a child prodigy and an only child. It had become too much, after a while, though - the pressure, the shouting, the hitting, the slamming against walls.
And then that one night, it all came crashing down, and Satoru could still remember his heart pounding out of his chest, and the pure fear coursing through his veins-
He shuddered, and it wasn’t from the cold. He would never go back. Satoru would rather sleep a thousand more nights in this dirty alley if it meant that he never had to return to his family.
He just wished it wasn’t so hard.

“Satoru?” The word rings, fuzzy in his ears as it whines like tinnitus, familiar and heart stopping.
‘I’m dead.’ He can’t even hear his own thoughts over the loudness of the world, staggering where he stands, eyes still fixated on the sky, on the sun. ‘I’m dead, I died, I felt my heart stop, this can’t be, it can’t-’
“Hey,” it comes again, a little more urgent than before, a little closer, another hammer to his ears and all the noise shrieking behind his eyes. He recoils hard enough to go stumbling as a hand reaches for him, covered in flesh rather than empty bone, tan and recognizable. Unbelievable.
There’s something wet trickling from his nose. Bile stings on the back of his tongue. The words dissolve into the rest of the white noise as he stares up at the blue of the sky, and tries to remember if he’d ever had a hallucination as bright as this.
‘I have to be dead,’ he thinks. Somehow, he isn’t.
Or: Gojo Satoru goes back in time. He makes a couple of changes for the better.
