Regulus is a 22 year old boy in Northern Italy 1983. He spends his summer just swimming and riding his bike around town. Every summer since Regulus had moved to Italy to escape his abusive parents and live with his uncle, an exchange student comes to live with them for the summer. This year it's different. This year, the exchange student is James Potter.

But then, that kid finds his diary 20 years later and just wants his dad to be happy, so he invites the mystery guy from his dads journal to come to his wedding, but he doesn’t know who the mystery man is, so he invited all 3 of his dads closest friends, hoping one of them is the long lost love of his dads life.Or;
James thought carefully. “Well…we could go to figure it out? Or maybe at the very least make amends with Remus.”
“Amends? As if.” Sirius scoffed.
“It’s not a bad idea.” Peter supplied. “It’s been a 23 year long grudge.
“Weren’t you in a 7 year rut? You were what? 26 when you went on your first date since him?” James asked. “And like you were 36 on your last date?”
Sirius scowled. “Fine.”
James slapped him on the back. “There’s our boy.”
Sirius dragged a hand over his face as James called to make a boat reservation. “I’m going to regret this.” He said to himself.
“Yep!” Peter supplied cheerfully.

I've seen so many videos on tiktok about this but the first one I saw was by @regulusblackstwin and I really want to give them credit. I love the idea of this and since I am a figure skater I thought why not. I've also done SOO much research it's literally a problem.

He looked at Sirius sharply, and for once, matched his grin. “Yeah.”
“Maybe that’s my excuse then,” Sirius said. “I cause a bit of chaos now, and maybe one day, it’ll turn into rock and roll.”After losing his mother at age eleven, Remus has spent the better part of the last four years bouncing from school to school or else running around London and pretending as though he wasn't the kind of well-bred boy his father brought him up to be. Now, with his chances all run out, Remus is sent to Hawkings Independent School as a last-ditch effort to clean up his act. There he meets the very people who will set up the rest of his life, and is forced to confront the pieces of himself he'd long thought had been lost.
