The Avatar state’s not a dream, but it’s close. This, anyway, evaporates off Katara’s mind as Aang touches her. His fingers press harder into her wrists as she kisses him, her hands on his face. It makes her gasp against his body — she’s so goddamn sensitive there, tears pricking at the corners of her eyes.
Sex in the Avatar state is dreamy and magical and windswept. Katara really, really likes it. Part of the 'hands fic' universe.

The main problem with being injured, of course, is that Aang's ridiculously in love with his masseuse, Katara. The second problem, y'know, is the praise kink.
