Summary
In the year of 286 AC, just before the longest summer arrived, the greatest storm wrecked the lands beyond the wall. Trees broke and fell already frozen, ice was so thick a man could stand in a drilled hole and still not reach the water. The storm lasted three weeks and in its aftermath cities of heat and steel emerged from the snow. The greatest one called itself "New London" - a stronghold of human defiance to the sufferings of winter. Soon free folk take to calling the strange people new Londoners, regardless of which city they came from. After talks in Winterfell, Robert Baratheon was crowned as king of the North Confederation, becoming the King of eight kingdoms.
With a new kingdom beyond the wall, how will the fate of Westeros change? Will the new technology and ideas bring waves of destruction unseen since the doom of Valyria? The war of five kings grows to be even more complicated, with the eighth kingdom looming behind the wall.

After months of hard work, the Phoenix Project is a rousing success. So, when the director of the SDN pays Torrance an unexpected visit, it's no surprise that she wants to talk to the agent behind it all. As it turns out, there's a new opening at SDN's downtown branch-- you know, where the real heroes work-- and the director thinks Robert's a perfect fit for the job. He's welcome to take a few of his best teammates along, too; after all, why not let a few of the Phoenix Program's hottest success stories soak up the limelight for a while? New costumes, new branding, maybe even merch... the people (and shareholders) will love it!
Sure, a few of the SDN's top golden boys might've gone rogue, and that might be Robert's problem now, but who's got time to worry about that when ex-villains are making their superhero debut?
