Ambrosia of Aphrosia
The island of Aphrosia is home to a fruit unique in properties. Once used as part of local fertility rituals, the local populace found that, when fermented and infused with alcohol, the fruit’s mild effects were strengthened and altered. These effects–of both the fruit and the beverage–are often described as a powerful aphrodisiac, lowering inhibitions, and revealing inner desires more successfully than mere alcohol. He reasons that it's probably for the best, keeps their boundaries firmly in place and ensures nothing gets messy in a way that might disturb the overall crew dynamic. But fuck, does it gnaw away at him.

Luffy had always been clingy. It was never something that had bothered Zoro, the other being that way since the day they met. He could remember sitting there in a tiny dinghy with the other sprawled across his lap not even a full day after they met, Luffy looking at him in confusion when Zoro had asked him to give him some space since they were, you know, strangers. Not that he'd ever gotten that space, Luffy nearly glued to his side from day one and rarely leaving it unless adventure called.
There was, however, a byproduct of Luffy's clinginess and that was the fact that he couldn't keep his damn hands to himself. They were almost always creeping under Zoro's shirt, burrowing under his haramaki, and on more than one occasion trying to slip beneath the waistband of his pants- even in a room surrounded by other people.
Or, Luffy's clinginess leads to smut because he can't keep his hands to himself.
