Summary
At first the Adepti didn't notice anything at all, the presence so small and weak it was barely a spark in the vast Realm of Dreams. However as the presence steadily grew it didn't take long for them to discover it. Still on edge from the whole incident with Khaenri'ah only a century before the Adpeti fear the presence may be a threat so to no avail they try to find it's source.
As time passes without further incident Morax seeing no ill will from the presence decided to stop actively searching for the source but advised all the Adepti to keep an eye on it anyway. For the next few years this is how it stays until one day a Karma ridden Xiao takes refuge within the Realm of Dreams as he struggles to overcome the built up Karma unknowingly setting off an entire chain of events
Or in which Aether's slumbering body lands in Liyue which is so rich in Adeptal Energy that Aether is able to have an elevated consciousness even while asleep. This leads to him becoming an Honorary Adeptus instead of an Honorary Knight.

It’s strange to repeat words from more than a decade ago to the same person. “You can call me Satoru.” He hopes he calls him Satoru.
“I’m Geto,” he says back. You were Suguru to me, Gojo thinks. “Nice to meet you, Satoru.”
“Nice to meet you, too.” He leans against the wall beside him, tries to look nonchalant as he does. “So, do you come here often?”
Geto thinks Gojo is just a lonely guy who wants friends. Gojo just wants to know if he remembers him, even just a little bit.

The line was silent. Neither end daring to speak for a few seconds. Gojo thought his heart was going to beat out of his chest.
“What are you asking Satoru.” God that voice. It was husky, quiet and dark, daring him to speak. Gojo was never one to back away from a challenge.
“How would you get away with it Suguru?” He asked softly, almost a whisper, his body racing with adrenaline as his sole focus became the phone pressed up against his ear.
It was silent for an eternity, the only sound was the rush of blood in his ears as he waited.
“First I’d have to get them alone…”

The boy blinked at him, soft yellow eyes peering at him with something Shoto couldn’t pick up on. His long black hair was partially disheveled and dirt streaked his clothing and cheek. A single red tassel earring dangled from his right ear, the piece of jewelry looking out of place on the dirty boy.

Shoto’s head snapped up, his eyes meeting the demon’s own. Immediately he saw it. The red tassel earring. His eyes scanned over the demon’s appearance, not wanting to make the connection that his brain was already making.
“Vox…?” he whispered, barely audible, before he could stop the name from escaping his lips.

In short: Demon slayer Shoto reunites with his childhood friend, Vox (now a demon lord), when he's captured on his territory. They fuck.

When a house party gets out of control, Yuuji wakes up the next morning to a trashed home, hungover roommates, nine missed calls from his family, and Fushiguro snoring across his chest. Between finals next week, this odd not-quite-anticipated thing with Fushiguro, and Yuuji’s suddenly-not-distant gaggle of brothers, Yuuji’s in for one hell of a ride.

“Please, what does it take to win your heart? I want you to love me too.”Atsushi brushed Ryūnosuke’s bangs aside. He whispered, “It’s the same every time. I tell you to ask me out when you’re sober. You just have to remember in the morning.”
Ryūnosuke’s nose scrunched up. He closed his teary eyes and put his weight onto Atsushi. His face pressed into his shoulder. He was so hot, Atsushi wondered if he had drunk more than just wine.
Atsushi slowly wrapped his arms around Ryūnosuke's slim waist. He patted his back, rocking side to side. He comforted him the best he could without breaking his own heart.
“We’ve done this dance before. I’ve already told you how I feel. You’re the one who keeps forgetting.”
He murmured into his shoulder, “I’ll try not to this time.”
