After the Traveler investigates the Delusion Factory, Scaramouche confronts and almost kills them, only for Yae Mike to offer his mother’s gnosis in exchange for their lives. Eager to have encountered such an oppurtinity, he takes it and flees, only to get trapped in a cave with Kaedehara Kazuha, a man who looks all too similar to a past, beloved friend. As the two wait to be rescued or find an opportunity to escape, Scaramouche and Kazuha end up getting to know each other and find different ways to pass the time.
