Summary
No, seriously, you need to read part one
While the Valar were figuring out how to read a calendar, Freya did the math. She got to review the homework before taking the test this time, which was nice, but that made the most likely endgame obvious. She knew from the second she offered to do it that reverse fetch-questing an evil ring was going to be rough. She was trying anyway. Because she was very, very stupid.
She expected to pay a high price for the chance to stay.
She didn’t expect there to be an extra cost at the end.
Or for them to both pay it.
Or to be asked for more.Series

Summary
AU. First Contact War. The galaxy where Shepard never enlists, and Vakarian remains a faithful Hierarchy officer.
-
"In the quiet moments between battles, he would catch himself going into those forbidden if-onlys. If only they hadn't been on opposite sides of a conflict that seemed to grow more insurmountable with each passing year. If only he could forget the feel of her skin, the sound of her laughter, the way her eyes would light up when she spoke about her blue skies.
But he couldn't forget, just as he could never see her again. He had no choice but to press on, because that's what a good turian would do. And he clung to the hope that somehow, someday, he might find his way back to that turian…"

Summary
He was certain he’d gotten the body down, at least, with just enough fine tunings to quickly move him from ‘pleasant diversion' to ‘indispensible’, if he played his cards right. That much was simple, and not without its own small entertainments.
But the mind… the mind, he was beginning to worry, might elude him.
--
Astarion and Rosalie think they understand each other perfectly, but they have each fallen prey to the other’s mask. As they both go forward with their adventure, will either of them dare to be honest?
[This is a blatant, self-indulgent novelisation of BG3 full-access, and Part 2 to my Early Access fic, A Bleeding Heart. I try to avoid directly retelling too many moments in the game, but occasionally fall into the trap of rewriting some canon scenes. Dual perspective because now my Tav has some issues to overcome! Come here for the vampire man, stay here for Rosalie's mental illness :') ]

Summary
"You have to come with me," he shook his head.
His tone offered little room for argument, but she didn't care a bit.
"Why?" Theodora demanded.
"Because, Miss Byrne, to the great sorrow of the both of us, my saving you means that you are my responsibility until another steps forward to take over that role. Should you get yourself killed out here through sheer force of foolishness, it is a stain upon my character as well as your own. Now, will you come with me, or will you force me to drag you?"
**
When Theodora Byrne wakes up one morning, no longer in her cozy modern bed, but adrift at sea - and on a sea that's home to pirates, both undead and living, no less - she has no choice but to rely on the charity, and the eventual kindness, of Captain James Norrington if she wants to survive. She has no way of knowing the feelings that kindness will soon foster...nor what she'll be willing to risk for a chance to save him from his tragic fate before the end.
