It makes sense that Robert would live there. Aaron had never really considered where Robert might live after he was kicked out of their home. He had worried if anyone cared enough to let him stay at their house, but then figured that Robert could figure something out. He goes about the rest of his day without thinking about Robert.
Robert doesn't know what to do for the first time in his life. It's getting dark out and he doesn't have a place to sleep.
