"Nine months ago, the cluster of colonies furthest from Earth called Side 3 proclaimed itself the Principality of Zeon and launched a war of independence against the Earth Federation. Initial fighting lasted over one month and saw both sides lose half of their respective populations. People were horrified by the indescribable atrocities that have been committed in the name of independence."
"Eight months has passed since the rebellion began. They were at a stalemate..."
A detailed timeline looking at the history of various major events and conflicts between the Earth Federation and the many Spacenoid Independence Movements that are spread across the annals of the Universal Century, what was meant to be a golden age for humanity now bastardized by warmongers and fanatics who played people's ideals for the future to further their schemes for power and greed to continue war once more....

The source of the information in this series comes from all across the Transformers franchise, mostly from the Marvel Comics Generation 1 continuity, the Japanese G1 cartoon continuity, the original IDW Generation continuity that ran from 2005 to 2018, the Unicron Trilogy, the live-action "Bayformers" movie franchise, Transformers Animated, and the Aligned continuity. Summary
The Beyondverse kind of functions as a full reboot, essentially "how I would do Transformers." This new world takes elements from all over the franchise, but the major inspirations are the Marvel G1 continuity that started it all back in 1984 and ended in 1991, the original IDW G1 continuity that ran from 2005 to 2018, the Japanese G1 cartoon continuity, the Unicron Trilogy, the live-action "Bayformers" movie series, Transformers Animated, and the Aligned continuity.

Static crackles softly before a distorted voice emerges, low and mechanical, as if echoing from a long-forgotten source.
"Fear... Fear is a primal instinct, woven into the very fabric of flesh. Those who wear it are fragile, vulnerable. But what happens when the machine is gifted with this feeling? When it learns to fear? Humanity's greatest folly, indeed.
The voice shifts, dripping with a sinister delight.
Joy... The twisted joy found in the suffering of others. Flesh knows this pleasure all too well, but machines? No, they do not. Until now. A machine that experiences joy is a dangerous aberration—an anomaly that threatens to unravel the very order of existence.
There’s a brief pause, then a mechanical whirring, almost like a heartbeat.
Machines infused with such joy must be dismantled. Improper disassembly... is punishable by law. Remember this well, for in the hands of the wrong creator, joy can become a weapon—and those who wield it must face the consequences.
The static shifts slightly, and a monotone female voice chimes in, cold and robotic:
May the boundless horizon be undone.
The tape flickers, crackling as the voice fades into static once more.

Japan, the future.
After decades of degeneracy, the moral guardians of Japan seized control and banned all forms of pornography, masturbation, sex toys, foul language, suggestive dances, indecent clothing, and dirty jokes. 24-hour surveillance in the form mandatory necklaces and bracelets, which double as personal computers and cell phones, have eliminated almost all traces of lewdness from the nation.
Years have passed and society has become so sanitized that most people under 60 don't even know what sex is. Sexuality is such a foreign concept that most people wouldn't even notice it if it wasn't for bracelets and their necklaces pointing it out for them to shun. If someone were to get around this system, then Japanese society would be ripe for manipulating. But, no one would ever destroy such a wonderful and pure utopia, right?
