Riku eyed the letter in Sora’s hand curiously.
"Yup. She's throwing a ball at the castle and I’m allowed to bring one other person. Can you believe it? I got an invitation to a real ball! I know you’re busy with your Keyblade-Master stuff and all, but you won’t mind taking a break, right Riku?"
Sora looked at him, eyes pleading. Riku’s heart stuttered in his chest.
"Me? You want me to go with you?" he asked incredulously.
Sora nodded. "I mean, only if you want to, of course. I know dancing isn’t really your thing…"
And because Riku had grown quite predictable when it came to him, it was no surprise as to what the answer was.

The Princesses of Heart were just another title for the Disney princesses such as Ariel, Cinderella, Belle, and Snow White.The only real "princesses" were the actors dressed up as them. They weren't princesses nor did they have a pure heart.
There was no Sora, Riku, or Kairi either.
They were all just figments of your imagination.

Now though, Sora had to face the consequences for breaking the laws of the universe. He'd been warned that the universe wouldn't take his actions kindly when he started going through the war again, but he had to do it. He wouldn't regret it though, because Kairi was worth it.
He couldn't stay though. He knew in his heart that he couldn't. The universe qould take him away from them all. He'd accepted that possibility.
But he had no idea what the universe gad in store for him.
He had to leave Destiny Islands and his friends, but he was sent somewhere just as fantastical as any other world he'd been to. A world of Heroes. And he'll be their Light.
