During what should have been the Miracle Queen fight, Hawkmoth and Mayura were stopped and arrested. The victory was short for the heroes since their miraculous were taken away from Fu, who tried to come back to the Miracle Temple.
However, a mistake from the old guardian made him lose the butterfly brooch once again. With no other choice, after two years since Hawkmoth/Mayura defeat, Fu gave back the ladybug and black miraculous to the duo of eighteen years old Parisians, while renouncing the title of Guardian to Ladybug when the threat found him again.
