Summary
Luz's life has always been strange.
Being the baby half sister of the legendary Winchester Brothers makes for a very...eventful...childhood. Even though her brothers and her Uncle Bobby did their best to keep her away from the violent life of a Hunter (including hiding her existence from her revenge obsessed bio father), there really is no way to escape it when your family is constantly stopping the end of the world and their adversaries seemed dead set on dragging Luz into every dastardly plan.
Fresh from the loss of the only parent she has ever known, Luz stumbles her way into the Demon Realm, which is surprisingly mellow for its name. Taken in by the infamous Owl Lady, Luz finds a new home and a new sense of belonging as she settles into the Owl House family.
Finally free from the constant threats that come with her family line, Luz has a chance live as she wants to.
New mom, new brother, new friends, and new crush. What could possibly go wrong?

Summary

Summary
In the losing battle of depression, Luz contemplates ending her pain. Constantly teetering on the edge of happiness and anguish, she is exhausted and losing hope. Every time she makes a little progress, she's pulled back down into her fears and self-hatred.
She becomes convinced that her father, who suffered from depression as well, somehow overcame it before he passed away. Luz comes up with the dangerous idea of traveling into the past to talk to him. Maybe, just maybe, Manny Noceda held the answer that would keep her alive.
CW Suicidal thoughts and attempts. Takes place one year after the defeat of Belos.
Final update: Chapter 7 is the Epilogue, gently leading into the next adventure.
