The silence was back. Blitz wanted to be sick. He wanted to smash every bottle behind the bar, to sweep the table and pull Stolas up and climb on top of him, to shoot every other patron in the face to stop them from watching. The seconds dragged on and he knew this, right here, was him missing his chance. Last call for boarding. All he had to do was say that he was sorry too.
A whistle was blowing, too loud in his ears. The doors were closing.

His knuckles are bruised and starting to bleed, and as he looks at them, he catches his reflection in the crystal on his forearm.
It’s ugly.
He wants to throw it out. He wants to shatter it so badly, this garbage souvenir, but he knows he can’t. It’s fine. He’ll give it to Loona, Mox, or Mils. One of them can probably figure out how the hell to use it. But god, he doesn’t want to see any of them.

I wrote this before Apology Tour, but honestly it still works within the canon (for now)! Just imagine the second chapter taking place post-Apology Tour, but yes this is the immediate aftermath (first couple days or so) of the events of Full Moon. Two chapters focusing on Blitz’s POV, and one on Stolas’s, as they both process everything (poorly).
