    In the year 1857 AC the journal of the king that solidified the rule of the Baratheon dynasty was found. The surprisingly frank and direct journal entries give Dr. Hedda Barath a rather unique insight in what life was in Westeros 1500 years ago.

     

    With growing unease, I note that the so venerated Maesters at Oldtown have started to adjust the events of my reign in a nearly utopian narration. Gone are the mistakes I made in my reign, gone are the hunger and thirst, the blood and the sickness, only the glory and honorable deaths are left. Nothing of the cravenness in my own ranks, instead the only ones that were craven were my enemies. Men and women that stood opposite me are demonized into fantasy. I cannot abide this farce, I simply cannot. So in these last days before the Stranger takes me too I will attempt to give an account of my life, the events that shaped me and my rule.

    Yagi Toshinori watched the green haired boy walk away after saving his friend and shook his head. While the boy's actions were heroic, he was just too reckless. He walked in the opposite direction, thinking about a time he could meet the candidate Sir Nighteye put forward.

    Izuku Midoriya goes home and decides that, even if he can't be hero himself, he can still help them with his analysis. Cue Izuku catching the attention of multiple heroes who are a little more open-minded and willing to see the potential in a quirkless kid.

    “Hello?” A deep and gravelly voice shocked him out of his thoughts, causing him almost to drop his phone in surprise.
    “Shadow!” Sonic exclaimed, relieved that the other hedgehog had picked up.

    “...” There was silence on the other end of the line for a moment before the other asked: “...Sonic? Is that you? What are you doing calling me at, ugh, 5am??” Sonic picked up on shuffling noises and assumed Shadow had gotten out of bed. “Actually- why are you calling me at all, we haven’t spoken outside of anniversaries in uh, fuck, how long’s been, like, ten years? …I didn’t forget anything…right?”

    Sonic rushed to reassure him after hearing the uncertainty in the other’s voice, that was a sore subject for both of them; “No! No, you didn’t forget anything, it’s uhh,” and here’s where Sonic hesitated, he wasn’t exactly sure on how to explain the situation to Shadow. “It’s something else, I-” Sonic felt his eyes start to wander over to what—or rather who—was the catalyst for his sudden frantic 5am call to his old rival.

    “Spit it out faker,” Shadow said, sounding more awake now.

    “I found Silver."

    “...oh shit.”

    Rouge is sent on a mission to find a weapon that had been left abandoned in one of GUN’s bases. She drags Sonic along to find it, but neither of them know how to react when they discover that the “weapon” they’re meant to retrieve is actually a young, injured, terrified little hedgehog. All Sonic knows is, he can’t let GUN hurt this child again.
