“Say goodbye then,” God said, seeming oddly unmoved for someone who had just admitted that the entities She was about to destroy had essentially been staring in her favorite show for over 6000 years. Most fans of a long running romcom would be disappointed by a finale that had little com and zero rom, but perhaps God was just funny that way.
And so an angel and a demon, very much in love, and very screwed by the story they found themselves in, looked into each other’s eyes for the last time and—
“WAIT! This makes no fucking sense!” Aziraphale said, stomping his foot and shouting directly at god, surprising them all.
----Righting the Wrong Omens, my attempt to address every place S3 went off the rails like a trolly problem hellbent on hurting as many people as possible--starting off with Crowley and Aziraphale questioning why their own story has stopped making sense to them, and making a plan to figure out where it all went so wrong.
Now with Chapter 2! AKA, what should have happened in that alley scene
Chapter 3, what on earth changed Aziraphale's mind?
And Chapter 4, what an actual conversation about the final 15 might have been like, a 2 part extravaganza!

Summary
This novella-length rewrite of Good Omens Season 3 picks up right where Season 3 of the TV show does, but is completely different because I frankly didn't care for the ending and was sad we didn't get flashbacks or fun hijinks! May this be as healing for you to read as it was for me to write.
Plot: Aziraphale and Crowley are separated with the Second Coming on the way, and as they continue to struggle against Heaven, Hell, and (checks notes) gentrification??, they find once again that they must rely on each other. Meanwhile, the Second Coming is shaking things up in the most unexpected places, and everyone must decide what they want for themselves, each other, and the world.

But things on Earth are getting worse by the day. And Crowley is greeted with the unexpected news that Jesus, who was once against the end of Earth, now wants to set it in motion.
Crowley and Aziraphale work together to save the world once and for all.
Or, a Season 3 fix-it, that pretty much ignores that Season 3 ever existed.
