   Summary

   A recently-thawed vault dweller with an armful of missiles slips and slides around her own mind as she struggles to figure out why the apocalypse feels liberating. She blasts her way towards the rest of the Commonwealth's misfits, and is treated to the official mayoral welcome. They see something of themselves in each other —cowards, who've jumped at the chance for a do-over on their lives. Romanov's body feels like a stranger's. The Wasteland feels like a home. And Hancock starts to reimagine a future.
