Summary
Katie Gardner has gotten herself into a bit of a pickle with her father's business, and needs Nico to bust her out, thinking her mother will not show up. Unfortunately, Demeter does show up, but at the wrong time. Nico's save is seen differently in the goddess's eyes, and she immediately turns to Hades. However, Hades cannot sense them in the underworld, and believes Demeter is being dramatic. Now the two are at each other's throats, and the children need to fix it before the world is destroyed. (Again.)

Summary

As Nicodemus navigates his new life as a royal servant, through tournaments, festivals, and a strange man on the beach, he unravels the mysteries of family, love, and companionship.
However, he soon realizes that although the life he leads is his own, the Fates are always pulling the strings.
