Ever since the Scorch happened from the missing Firebrand, Lost Temple has been ablaze with hungry flames that do not die. They never did and probably never will anyway. The fire is crying out some snow in the sky, but they’re just as hot to the touch as the fire itself. Stay in Lost Temple for too long, and you will learn that the fire will not get you, but the radiation it causes will. It will morph you into something frightening and something unrecognisable. If only Katana and the Dollmaker, two inseparable friends, knew better.

Hyperlaser is hired by Blackrock, as usual, to do some dirty work for them. He didn't anticipate having to get up-close to try and finish the job, but it would most definitely be fine, even with his farsightedness.
He also did not expect for Medkit to fight back, but he'd manage like he always did, he told himself.
He was not prepared, however, for Medkit to get a lucky shot on his helmet, let alone offer help, of all things.

True to his thoughts, time had been patient for far too long, and the guillotine was soon to drop. Starting with getting choked by your personal bodyguard was a sure way to get reminded of that.
