“Who’s there?” The British man barks, keeping himself still, but tense as a coil. “Who’s there? Who are you?”
“Shh!” A male voice hisses.
Simon balks at the audacity of this intruder. A man who breaks into an estate- into someone’s bedchamber no less- and shushes the occupant?
“Don’t call out for help or you’ll get shot, ya hear? I have a pistol at the ready, so there’s no use in fleeing,” the male voice continues, with a gruff bravado that wavers slightly. Simon can tell at least two things- one, this intruder is male. And two- Scottish.

“Want to do what, L.T.?” Soap prodded, a grin returning to his face. He jumped when Ghost pinched his side.
“Sex, Johnny, you git. I want to have sex with you,” he said, rolling his eyes. He paused again, his hand stilling. He leaned in closer.
“But, sex with a monster. It’s… Different from being with another human. You already know that more things that are… Weird, or dangerous.”

A mission goes wrong, and Ghost is left alone. Hurt and confused, he makes his way back to base. Soap finds Ghost.
And when Ghost looks at Soap, he sees a stranger.“...Simon?” Soap whispered. The way he said his name, soft and reverent, made Ghost want to burst into tears. Soap’s hand reached out, tentative. Like he was afraid the moment he tried to touch him the illusion would ripple away into nothingness. Calloused fingers barely brushed Ghost’s cheek. Ghost gently leaned into the touch, desperate to prove to the man that he was real.
“Johnny,” Ghost replied softly.

SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 4
Missing scenes from episode 4 where Marc and Steven have an encounter with Khonshu before they wake up in the hospital. Plus this fandom is severely lacking in protective father-figure Khonshu and I intend to fix that.
Chapter 1:
Steven’s vision snapped back into focus, his breathing becoming level.
“K-khon-khonshu?” He said, voice weak and breaking.
He felt a presence behind him and a large, firm hand was placed on his shoulder. Steven turned to look over his shoulder, his nose almost bumping the long, beaked skull of the god.
"You’ve been on quite the adventure, haven’t you?" The god chuckledChapter 2:
"This place must be oh so familiar to you, Marc. Like coming home again," Khonshu said, his voice echoing off the polished interior.
“Yeah, it feels great to be back,” Marc said sarcastically, turning on his heel to face his god. The movement sent him into a fit of coughs, drops of blood flying from his mouth and onto the room’s surfaces. He grimaced and looked up at the moon god.
“Man, I thought being dead would feel much better than this,” Marc said with a shuddering breath.
